WE STAND BEHIND OUR WORK ! All regular service and repair is backed by our 12 month / 12,000 mile warranty on parts and labor. Warranty limited to the part and repair in question and only when supplied by Induktion Motorsports. Performance work and Modifications do not carry the same warranties…please inquire with any questions.
Thank you for choosing Induktion Motorsports as your performance automotive parts supplier. Please remember that a performance car is only as strong as its weakest link. Therefore, it is vital that you maintain your vehicle to factory specifications.
By installing or using the purchased product, the consumer accepts this warranty and any specific Manufacturer warranties enclosed.
The following warranty is valid only in the United States and Canada. The Manufacturer’s full warranty applies to all products sold.
Upon verification of warranty coverage, Induktion Motorsports will replace the defective product without charge. This is the only remedy the Consumer has for any loss or damage, however arising, due to nonconformity in or defect of the product. This warranty does not cover consequential damage, loss of time or revenues, inconvenience, loss of use of vehicle, damage to the vehicle or components, or other incidental or indirect damage.
All warranties are void if the product was not installed by a certified auto mechanic, improperly serviced, modified, or used in a way not intended by the Manufacturer. The Consumer is responsible for ensuring that the product is installed in a safe and proper manner, and should cease usage of the product immediately if an unsafe or improper condition is noted. If an unsafe or improper condition is noted, the Consumer should then immediately contact the facility where the product was installed to rectify the problem or Induktion Motorsports for an exchange if the problem is determined to be nonconformity in or defect of the product.

Induktion Motorsports uses UPS for most shipments throughout the United States. Occasionally, we will utilize other shipping companies for shipments. All quoted shipping charges including handling, insurance, and shipping. If you give us your email address during phone orders, or order online, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Any item in new, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase. A return authorization (RMA) number must be first obtained by calling Induktion Motorsports at 866-684-3900. A 20% handling and restocking fee will be assessed for each item returned to Induktion Motorsports unless a previous arrangement is agreed upon by an authorized representative of Induktion Motorsports. All returned items bust be in as-new, resalable condition. Any item that has been installed on a vehicle will not be accepted for return under any condition. All return shipments must be prepaid and there are no refunds on shipping charges. Shipping insurance on returned items is recommended, as refunds can only be made on as-new, resalable condition items. Please note that certain items such as turbo kits, complete chipped ECUs, exhaust systems, or special order items are non-returnable or refundable. Deposits for special order items are non refundable.
Damaged in Transit
All merchandise is in good condition when it leaves our shipping department. In the case of damage or loss, immediately notify the package carrier (UPS). Once the package has left our facility, all responsibility for proper delivery is upon the carrier. Do not return any items to Induktion Motorsports without prior notification.
Some products are not sold for street use in any locality where regulations prohibit use. Induktion Motorsports does not make any claims for street legal use of these products.
